如果介绍概况，我们会这么说：我们家是三姊妹，我是老大，还有两个妹妹。

如果三个人都在谈话现场，需要一一介绍：

大家好，给大家介绍一下我们三姐妹（三姊妹也可以），我是老大，这是二妹，这是三妹。

排行最小的可以叫幺妹。

如果是你二妹介绍：

这是大姐，我是老二，这是妹妹。（理论上这里不用幺妹，因为对于二妹而言，她只有一个妹妹）

如果是你幺妹介绍：

这是大姐，这是二姐，我是老三（或老幺）

还有一种说法：

大家好，我叫……， 家里排行老大/二/幺，我还有两个妹妹/姐姐/一姐一妹。

打个比方哦，

如果你是老大姐，你有两个妹妹，那就是“二妹”、“三妹”。（同性顺位，排在你后面，从第二位开始）

如果你是老大姐，你有两个弟弟，那就是“大弟”、“二弟”。（异性另行排行，从第一位开始）

如果你是老大姐，你有一个弟弟和一个妹妹，那就是“大弟”、“二妹”。（异性另行排行，同性继续顺位）

If you are the oldest girl of your family, 大妹妹 does NOT possibly exist for you, for your oldest 妹妹 is younger than you and ranks at the second place among all the girls of the family, and therefore she can only be 二妹妹. Those even younger than her are your 三妹妹，四妹妹, etc. (Of course, the youngest may also be called 小妹妹, or 幺妹 in some southern provinces and 老妹妹 in some northern provinces.)

@NANAZ3D You are welcome. The second girl of a family is always 二妹 to her older siblings, and 二姐 to her younger siblings. She could never be 大妹 to a brother even if that brother is younger than you (the oldest girl) and older than her.

Well, these are just terms to use if you follow very strict kinship rules. In daily life, as is mentioned in other answers, people usually do not use such terms unless it's necessary (such as when two of your older brothers are standing together and you have to talk to one of them instead of the other or both). When you introduce a sister to others, you may just say she is your 姐姐, 妹妹, etc., and when you address a sister, you most probably address her directly by her name or nickname.
